Post Wise Educational Qualification
- Sr. Administrative Officer: Post Graduation with 55% marks + 15 years experience
- Personal Assistant: Graduation in any stream + Shorthand 100 WPM, Typing 40 WPM + 5 years experience
- Assistant Section Officer: Graduation in any stream
- Stenographer Grade-II: 12th pass + Stenography (Dictation 80 WPM, Transcription 65 min in English / 75 min in Hindi on manual typewriter OR 50 min in English / 65 min in Hindi on computer)
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Graduation in any stream + Typing 30 WPM
- Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th pass
Monthly Salary (Post Wise)
- Sr. Administrative Officer: Level 11 – ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700/-
- Personal Assistant: Level 6 – ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400/-
- Assistant Section Officer: Level 7 – ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400/-
- Stenographer Grade-II: Level 4 – ₹25,500 – ₹81,100/-
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Level 2 – ₹19,900 – ₹63,200/-
- Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Level 1 – ₹18,000 – ₹56,900/-
